Sharing industry best practices to optimize Sophos product/ solutions according to customers network.
Taking ownership and Troubleshooting reported issues and providing workarounds for any known issues.
Provide timebound resolution to the customer with highest level of customer satisfaction.
Customer handholding for limited period as defined by the management to ensure customers ease of use with the product.
At least 2+ years of overall work experience with at least 1 + years of experience working as Presales Engineer, doing POC, deployment or work as a Security consultant for Endpoint technology product lines.
Experience in handling global customers.
